Sincerva Shipping & Delivery Policy
Most of the ordered items will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Please don't worry that your order is shipped from global regions such as Asia, Europe, etc. Because we ship directly with partners in these regions.
Order Processing
• All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and quality inspection before shipment
• Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays
Important Shipping Notes

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate in carrier systems
• We cannot modify shipping addresses after order submission
